Faithful Shield Program
I will begin this process by conducting a Faith-Based Facility Risk and Vulnerability Assessment to identify areas where we can strengthen the safety and security of your congregation, staff, and visitors. This assessment will take a close look at your physical security measures, emergency procedures, and overall preparedness. It will also help determine any training needs your team may have.
The purpose of this assessment is not to point fingers or “catch” anyone doing something wrong. Instead, it’s a collaborative effort to see what’s working well and where we can make practical improvements. My goal is to help create a safer, more secure environment that supports worship, ministry, and community—so everyone who walks through your doors feels protected and welcomed.
